What we collect
When you book a consultation or write to us, we may collect your name, email, company, and a note about the work that still pulls you away. After payment we collect calendar and scheduling details so we can hold the session.
Payment is processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Paddle collects what it needs to charge you. We do not store full card numbers.
Why we collect it
We use this information to deliver the consultation, email you to pick a time, do the working session, and improve how we run the service. We do not sell your personal data.
Advertising measurement
We use the X (Twitter) pixel and Conversion API so we can tell if ads on X led to a visit or a paid Where to Start call. That may include a click id from the ad, pages you view on this site, and a hashed copy of the email used at checkout. We do not sell this data.
How long we keep it
We keep contact and session notes as long as we need them to deliver the work, handle refunds, and meet legal or accounting duties. You can ask us to delete what we no longer need.
